2003 To meet with the requirements for environmental protection and cater for future expansion, Zhejiang Jianfeng Haizhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. relocated to the Yanhai Industrial Park, a national-level API production base.
2004 Zhejiang Jianfeng Haizhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd was acquired by the current shareholders, converting the business from a state-owned enterprise to a private entity. As part of the process, cGMP inspection was passed and the GMP certificate for guaifenesin was awarded.
2005 The production of contrast media intermediates was initiated by Zhejiang Jianfeng Haizhou Pharmaceutical Co.
2006 Infrastructure at the Yanhai Industrial Park was extended, with the addition of two multifunctional workshops to improve CMO services.
2008 ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications were awarded.
2009 Zhejiang Jianfeng Haizhou Pharmaceutical Co was designated as a National High-Tech Enterprise; EDQM-approved Guaifenesin API facilities were audited by Wyeth, Johnson & Johnson and Sanofi.
