The Qingning Program—serving as the core initiative for cultivating new recruits at Haizhou Pharmaceutical—is dedicated to facilitating the transition of college students from campus life into the professional world, acting as a powerful catalyst for their integration and growth. Following a comprehensive onboarding training program, the forty newly recruited Haizhou talents have already developed an initial understanding of Haizhou’s corporate culture, which emphasizes “responsibility, innovation, efficiency, and collaboration.” On July 25, 2025, the 12th Qingning Program’s team-building training kicked off with great enthusiasm on Shepan Island in Sanmen. This two-day, one-night immersive experience is designed to instill in these new professionals the spirit of teamwork and unlock their potential for personal and professional growth.

Break down invisible boundaries

At the opening ceremony, a reading of the rules established clear behavioral guidelines, while team-building and ice-breaking activities quickly helped dissolve any sense of unfamiliarity. Card-game strategy and troop deployment became a real-world training ground for cross-departmental collaboration. Young people from diverse professional backgrounds came together to break down tasks around shared goals and exchange ideas. Through continuous adjustments to their strategies, they enhanced their communication effectiveness and broke through cognitive limitations.

The Trust Revolution of Qingfeng Cave

As lights and glow sticks illuminate the nights in Qingfeng Cave, hesitation melts away amid songs and fervor. The Starry-Night Conversations aren’t a gala—rather, they’re an immersive, real-world classroom for Haizhou’s open culture: honest connections are forged here, and team identity takes root from this very moment.

Rainy Battle at Shepan Island

The next day’s rainfall didn’t dampen the team’s spirit. In the pirate village orienteering race, four teams set out into the rain, deciphering maps and vying for control of key positions amid wind and rain—embedding “efficient execution” and “a sense of responsibility” firmly into their actions. Some braved the downpour to scout ahead, while others cleverly cracked through challenging checkpoints; every second was a tough, real-world test of the principle that “collaboration equals combat power.”

Jointly Drawing the Blueprint for Haizhou

Before the massive canvas, competition has given way to co-creation. Four emerging teams took up their brushes and collaborated on a single masterpiece—from sketching out initial lines to filling in colors, from meticulously refining individual details to crafting the overall composition—all while precisely capturing the vision for the company’s future development. As these fragmented sketches were finally pieced together into a complete, monumental artwork, everyone deeply realized the profound meaning behind the saying: “A single thread cannot make a rope; a single tree cannot form a forest.” This isn’t just an artistic endeavor—it’s a tangible embodiment of collective teamwork. Only when individual values are seamlessly integrated into the team’s shared mission can we bring the grand blueprint for Haizhou’s future to life!

At the closing ceremony, the representative of the group delivered a powerful and resonant speech:
Over two days, we pushed beyond the boundaries of our understanding and came to realize that the true essence of “breaking boundaries” lies in openness and inclusivity.
Every time we join hands in the face of wind and rain, “efficient collaboration” ceases to be just a slogan.
