The onboarding training has come to an end, and the new employees now have a preliminary understanding of Haizhou’s corporate background, management systems, as well as its EHS and GMP frameworks.
To help new employees quickly integrate into the company culture and better adapt to professional life, more than thirty recent graduates packed their bags, armed with passion and dreams, and headed to a team-building base to kick off a brand-new chapter in their career journeys!

This training is designed to enhance the comprehensive skills of new employees. Through engaging, fun-filled simulation exercises, it aims to unlock employees’ potential, boost efficiency, and enable them to experience the allure of giving their all and going the extra mile. Participants will also gain a deeper appreciation for the power of teamwork and the driving force behind the company’s culture.
Breaking the ice is the most crucial step in eliminating the sense of unfamiliarity among new employees. Unity and collaboration are the foundation of success in any endeavor. Haizhou Pharmaceutical’s collaborative training institution leads new employees to rapidly improve themselves in the most concise and effective manner, turning theoretical knowledge into practical results through real-world application.
Thanks to everyone’s joint efforts over the two-day training session, the program was a complete success. Throughout the sessions, students communicated, exchanged ideas, discussed, shared insights, reflected, and summarized together. Through continuous intellectual exchanges, each activity brought new insights to every participant and enabled the new employees to undergo a qualitative transformation—from initial detachment upon arrival at the base to full-hearted engagement by the second day; from advocating individualistic development to actively participating in team collaboration; and from adopting a student mindset to developing an awareness of rules and boundaries.
This training has unlocked the full potential of our new employees and helped them redefine their professional identities. We believe that everyone will internalize the insights gained from this training and put them into practice, confidently facing the challenges of the workplace with a positive and energetic attitude, and shining brightly on the path of Haizhou Pharmaceutical’s development.
